Disclaimer
This Disclaimer explains the nature and limits of general content published on QIH-branded corporate websites operated or managed by Quantum Intelligence Hub LTD (“QIH”). Paid services, AI Digital Reception solutions, customer projects and subscriptions are separately governed by the applicable agreement, service description, order form and mandatory law.
Scope
This notice may apply to general content on QIHHUB.COM, QIHHUB.INFO, QIHNETWORK.COM, QIHHUB.ONLINE, QIHHUB.NET, QIHHUB.SHOP, QIHHUB.STORE, OMERAKIN.NL and connected platforms expressly identified as operated by QIH. An independent company, partner or customer website does not automatically become subject to this notice merely because it uses a QIH brand reference or service.
General information
Web pages, articles, comparisons, educational materials, technical explanations, promotional content and general analysis are maintained with reasonable efforts to be accurate when published. They are not personalised advice prepared for every user’s particular circumstances.
- Information may change or become outdated.
- Summaries may not contain every exception, jurisdictional difference or technical detail.
- A webpage alone does not create a service offer, warranty or contract.
- The scope of a specific service is confirmed only in its applicable quotation, order and agreement.
Not a substitute for professional advice
Obtain advice tailored to your circumstances from a suitably qualified and authorised professional before making a material decision.
AI Digital Reception and automated systems
AI Digital Reception, chatbots, voice assistants, content generation, summaries, routing and other automated features may produce probabilistic, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or contextually inappropriate outputs.
- AI outputs should not replace human judgment or an authorised professional decision.
- Do not rely solely on AI for health, legal, financial, security, emergency or other high-impact decisions.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of its knowledge base, prices, opening hours, instructions and promotional information.
- This clause does not transfer to the customer responsibility for QIH’s own configuration, maintenance or service failure.
- AI use is also subject to the applicable AI Policy, Privacy Policy and service agreement.
No guaranteed outcome or approval
Unless QIH expressly accepts a written service level or delivery criterion, QIH does not guarantee:
- a particular search ranking, traffic level, reach or volume of sales;
- specific revenue, profitability, customer acquisition or investment return;
- approval by a third-party platform, advertiser, payment provider, bank or app store;
- a visa, immigration status, licence, grant or public-authority decision;
- uninterrupted internet, cloud or telecommunications infrastructure.
This does not remove QIH’s duty to perform expressly agreed services with reasonable care and skill.
Third-party services and links
QIH services may connect with independent systems such as Stripe, Wise, Zoho, hosting, cloud, telecommunications, social-media, analytics, automation or AI providers. External links are supplied for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement unless expressly stated.
- A third party controls its own pricing, availability, policies and decisions.
- Users should separately review the third party’s terms and privacy notice.
- QIH cannot avoid responsibility for its own negligent selection, integration, configuration or management merely by identifying a third party.
- An independent third party’s acts beyond QIH’s reasonable control are assessed according to the circumstances.
International use
QIH may operate internationally, but publication of a service or piece of content does not mean that it is lawful, licensed or available in every country. Consumer, tax, communications, advertising, data-protection and sector-specific rules in the user’s or customer’s location may apply. Application of UK GDPR, EU GDPR, PECR, ePrivacy and other mandatory law depends on the particular activity and the location of the relevant people.
Technical and cybersecurity risks
QIH applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet, cloud, AI, telephone or payment environment is absolutely secure or continuously available. Users should maintain updated devices, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, secure backups and properly authorised access. Suspected incidents may be reported to security@qihhub.com.
Intellectual property and user content
QIH claims rights only in brands, software, writing, designs and other material that it owns or is authorised to use. Content supplied by a customer or user remains subject to its owner’s rights. The supplier of content confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions.
See the Intellectual Property Policy and Copyright Notice.
Fair allocation of responsibility
Each party is responsible, under applicable law and the relevant agreement, for its own content, instructions, conduct, negligence and breach. QIH is not responsible for a customer’s unlawful material or unauthorised instruction; equally, a customer is not responsible for QIH’s own fault or contractual breach.
Any limitation of QIH’s liability applies only to the extent that it is lawful, reasonable, transparent and proportionate in the circumstances. Nothing excludes or limits:
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited;
- mandatory consumer rights, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
The nature of the loss, causation, foreseeability, fault and reasonable mitigation are considered in the circumstances. A disclaimer cannot automatically erase responsibility for QIH’s own wrongdoing. Official guidance: GOV.UK – Writing a Fair Contract for Customers.
Updates and historical material
QIH may update this notice when services, technology or law change. Material amendments operate prospectively from publication and do not retrospectively rewrite the essential terms of an existing signed agreement. Archived, translated or cached material may not be the current binding version.
