Legal Notice
This Legal Notice identifies the operator, general legal status, official communication channels and publication framework of QIH-branded corporate websites operated or managed by Quantum Intelligence Hub LTD.
Company and website operator
The principal operator of QIH-branded corporate websites is:
QUANTUM INTELLIGENCE HUB LTD
A private limited company incorporated in England and Wales
Company number: 17246860
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Where a page expressly identifies a different legal entity, local business or project owner, that page-specific notice may take precedence.
Websites and brands covered
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this notice may apply to qihhub.com, qihhub.info, qihnetwork.com, qihhub.online, qihhub.net, qihhub.shop, qihhub.store, omerakin.nl and related subdomains operated by QIH.
The inclusion of a domain does not mean that every domain provides the same services or has the same data-processing role. The service description and specific policies shown on the relevant website apply.
Purpose of published content
Content on QIH corporate websites is provided to explain services, present technical or operational information, publish educational and research material, and direct users to relevant services or documents.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, general website content is not personalised legal, financial, tax, investment, health, immigration or public-authority advice. Independent advice from an appropriately qualified professional should be obtained where required.
AI Digital Reception and automated systems
QIH may provide AI Digital Reception, chatbots, voice assistants, message routing, automated summaries and similar AI-supported features. Outputs may be probabilistic and may not always be accurate, complete or current.
- High-impact decisions should not be based solely on AI output.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of its prices, opening hours, knowledge base and instructions.
- QIH cannot transfer to the customer responsibility for QIH’s own configuration, maintenance or contractual failure.
- AI services are also governed by the applicable AI Policy, Privacy Policy and service agreement.
Binding documents and order of precedence
If documents differ in relation to a particular service, the following order generally applies, subject always to mandatory law:
- a signed specific agreement or written amendment;
- an order form or accepted commercial quotation;
- service-specific terms and the service description;
- the Master Service Agreement;
- general policies and notices published on this website.
A general website notice does not automatically remove an express written service commitment.
Intellectual property and brand use
QIH names, logos, designs, texts, software components, automation workflows, educational materials and original methods may belong to QIH or the relevant rights holder. Copying, resale, reproduction, reverse engineering or misleading brand use is not permitted without express written authorisation or an applicable licence.
See the Intellectual Property Policy for further information.
Third-party services and links
Websites may link to payment providers, telecommunications providers, cloud services, social networks or other independent platforms. Those organisations operate under their own terms and policies.
QIH is not automatically responsible for an independent third party’s own act or outage. However, QIH cannot avoid responsibility for its own negligent selection, defective integration, incorrect configuration or contractual breach merely because a third-party service is involved.
International use
QIH services may be accessed from different countries. Consumer, data-protection, electronic-communications, tax and commercial rules vary by jurisdiction. QIH is responsible for the obligations applicable to its own activities; the customer is responsible for obligations applicable to its own business, content, instructions and end-user relationships.
UK GDPR and PECR may apply in the United Kingdom; GDPR and relevant e-Privacy rules may apply in the European Economic Area; applicable local laws apply in other jurisdictions.
Accuracy and updates
QIH aims to keep published corporate information reasonably accurate and current. Older news, archived material or third-party data may nevertheless become outdated. Current quotations and order screens should be checked before payment where prices, packages, allowances or delivery periods are concerned.
Historical content may reflect circumstances at its publication date and should not be interpreted as a current offer.
Fair allocation of responsibility
Each party is responsible, to the extent provided by applicable law, for its own content, instructions, conduct, negligence and contractual breach. This notice does not remove QIH’s responsibility for its own fault, contractual obligations or duties imposed by mandatory law.
Nothing excludes or unlawfully limits:
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited;
- mandatory consumer rights, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
Official guidance: GOV.UK – Writing a Fair Contract for Customers.
Governing law
This general corporate notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales. This choice does not remove mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence or other overriding mandatory rules. The appropriate court or dispute process for a specific service is determined by the applicable agreement and law.
