Quantum Intelligence Hub

Website Terms & Conditions

Version 4 — Last updated: 23 August 2026

These Website Terms & Conditions (“Website Terms”) govern access to and use of websites and public digital pages operated by Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd (“QIH”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including QIHHUB.COM and related QIH ecosystem websites that link to these Website Terms.

Company: Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd
Company number: 17246860
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom

These Website Terms apply to website access and public content. They do not replace the contract governing a paid QIH service. AI Digital Reception, automation, hosting, consultancy and other paid services are governed by the applicable Order Form, proposal and/or Master Service Agreement.

1. Acceptance of These Website Terms

By accessing or using a QIH website, you agree to comply with these Website Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. Nothing in these Website Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Website Purpose

Our websites provide information about QIH, its technology, research, publications, educational activities and available services. Website content is provided for general information and does not, by itself, constitute:

  • a binding offer or service commitment;
  • legal, tax, financial, medical or regulated professional advice;
  • a guarantee of commercial, technical or operational results; or
  • a substitute for a signed proposal, Order Form or service agreement.

3. Separate Terms for Paid Services

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a demonstration or viewing a package does not by itself create a paid service contract. A service contract is formed only through the applicable acceptance process, such as approval of an Order Form, proposal, checkout terms or service agreement.

If these Website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement regarding a paid service, the signed service agreement prevails for that service.

4. Permitted Use

You may access and use our websites for lawful personal or business purposes, including evaluating QIH services and reading public information. You may download or print reasonable extracts for internal, non-commercial reference, provided that you do not remove ownership notices or present the material as your own.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activity;
  • introduce malware, malicious code or harmful automated traffic;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, servers or data;
  • probe, scan or test security without prior written authorisation;
  • interfere with website availability, integrity or performance;
  • scrape, harvest or extract personal data or substantial website content without a lawful basis and permission;
  • impersonate QIH, its personnel or another person;
  • use QIH content, systems or AI tools to infringe rights, spread spam or facilitate abuse; or
  • circumvent technical, access-control or usage restrictions.

6. Accounts and Security

Where a website feature requires an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law, except where that activity results from QIH’s own breach or failure.

7. AI Tools, Chatbots and Automated Features

Some QIH websites may provide AI-assisted chat, digital reception, search, translation, recommendation or automation features. Such outputs may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed before reliance or action.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive or special-category personal data through a public AI or chatbot interface unless the interface expressly requests it and an appropriate lawful basis and notice apply. Where required, we identify when a user is interacting with an automated system.

8. Accuracy and Availability of Information

We take reasonable care when publishing website information, but we do not promise that every page will always be complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Prices, descriptions, availability, examples and technical information may change. Binding commercial details are those confirmed in the applicable proposal, checkout or contract.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, QIH or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the websites, branding, software interfaces, designs, text, graphics, publications, videos and other materials.

No right is granted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, frame or commercially exploit website content except as expressly permitted by law or with prior written permission.

See our Intellectual Property Policy.

10. User Submissions

If you submit an enquiry, review, comment, file or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is lawful, accurate and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your material. You grant QIH a limited right to host, process, reproduce and use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, operate the relevant feature, provide a requested service, protect the platform or comply with law. Any separate service agreement may contain additional terms for customer data.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our websites may contain links to or integrations with independent third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. QIH does not control third-party content, availability, security, pricing or policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

12. Cybersecurity and Educational Materials

Cybersecurity, technical and educational materials are provided solely for lawful, authorised and defensive or educational use. You must obtain all necessary permission before testing, accessing or interacting with any system that you do not own. QIH does not authorise unlawful access or misuse.

13. Website Availability and Changes

We may update, maintain, suspend, restrict or withdraw any public website feature where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of public website content, but this does not alter any service-level commitment expressly stated in a separate paid-service contract.

14. Our Responsibility

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above and to the extent permitted by law, QIH is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, unauthorised use of the website, or the acts, omissions or outages of an independent third-party service outside QIH’s reasonable control.

Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. Any liability relating to a paid QIH service is governed by the applicable service agreement rather than this website provision.

15. Privacy, Cookies and Electronic Communications

Personal data collected through our websites is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

Marketing communications are sent subject to applicable consent, objection and opt-out requirements. Service or security messages may still be sent where necessary to administer a requested service or protect an account.

16. Suspension and Enforcement

We may block, restrict or suspend website access where we reasonably believe this is necessary to prevent abuse, protect security, investigate a breach, comply with law or protect users and infrastructure. Where appropriate and lawful, we may preserve relevant records and report suspected unlawful conduct to the competent authorities.

17. Changes to These Website Terms

We may revise these Website Terms to reflect legal, security, technical or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be handled under the applicable service agreement.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives an individual the right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.
